first_imgThe story published on page 12 of the Daily Observer’s Thursday, September 10 edition (Vol. 16, No. 469), bearing the headline: ‘LIMU Lambasts Gov’t Over Lack of Tangible Gift attributes a number of remarks to the president of the Liberia Movie Union (LIMU), Martha E. Akorsah. Said remarks were taken from a LIMU press release delivered on Friday, September 4 by Mr. Henry Johnson, LIMU’s vice president for administration.When asked, Mr. Johnson informed our reporter that the remarks were made by Ms. Akorsah. However, Ms. Akorsah has since come up to refute claims that she made any such statements as published in the press release.
